First off, I don't understand your question. But no, not every newborn baby is born a Muslim and if you think that you're a religious mamaluke.

We are all born weak atheists; we don't think or believe that there is a god until a parent or someone senior tells us. That said, I don't think children below a certain age should be classified into a religion either, because they are too young to know what they are "believing" in. Everything they know about their religion was indoctrinated into them and may not reflect their actual beliefs.

Read "the god delusion" by Richard Dawkins. Calling a baby a "christian baby" or a "muslim baby" is akin to calling it a communist baby or a republican baby. They are simply to immature to be classified into a specific religion.

New born babies are born into religious families or non religious families - all religions. It's the faith that a child is raised in or not raised in, that shapes who that person can potentially be with in their faith. Of course lots of folks choose to take different paths in their faith through out their lives. So to answer your question straight out - babies are not born into a religion. They are raised or not raised in a religion

The word "Moslem" carries two different meaning, although at the end they converge into one. One is a generic word which means anyone who submits to the will and power of God, who is humble before Him. In this context, Adam and all prophets are described in the Koraan as "Moslems", way before Mohammad. The other meaning came to mean those who accepted Mohammad as a prophet and a messenger of God. The first meaning applies to all creatures, that even the stone, the clouds, the trees, the animals and babies in the wombs of their mothers recognize that God is their creator and somehow worship him.

I don't think babies are born with religion. They have to be old enough to understand.

Agnostic.

All newborns are agnostic.... They are completely unbiased, without any preconceptions of the world... and don't particularly believe anything one way or another.

As they start to get their first remnants of reason, children will typically start to become athiests by default.... unless heavily programmed. Its ONLY once they are old enough to seriously start succumbing to social pressure to conform that they will start to turn to religion....

every human born with something called "Al-Fitrah". a fitrah that tells him that there is one God.
example of fitrah, who taught the bird how to build his house? how told the child that your food inside your mom cheast. all this is fitrah.

and here is what happend before our creation, God has took us (i assume when we were spirits) and confess us that He is our God.

[172] And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed (or from Adam's loin his offspring) and made them testify as to themselves (saying): "Am I not your Lord?" They said: "Yes! We testify," lest you should say on the Day of Resurrection: "Verily, we have been unaware of this."
Quran 7:172
