I don't know what to say to this question. Either you can tell her or you don't. But which ever decision you decide to make just ask yourself, "which feels worse not saying something and wishing you did or saying something and wishing you didn't. The choice is yours. Either you want to tell her or you don't. Sometimes these things can ruin a friendship and other times it dosen't. Either take the risk or don't. It's up to you.

Friendship or more, very tough choice. You do fealise that if she rejects you it would be awkward to be close friends anymore. It may not be wise but I suggest ging for it. Miss this chace and you will always regret that you did not even try.

my future wife( i wll have vedding in 6monts) was just my friend for a 2year and suddenly i told her my feelings and we have 3,5 year relationship till now and soon we gonna mariied

why not just ask her to go out to the movies... Then she will know you are interested and then take it from there. Do not blurt it out to her.. use a passive behaviour and ease her into it....she will catch on.. be romantic ...
