this 9 years old girl was the first scholar woman in Islam. after Muhammad death she recorded almost 25% of his words and teaching. she was more as a student than a wife. Muhammad was a shy man, he couldn't answer women question so he used to give them to Ayisha. Muhammad and his followers were old in age, there must be some close people to carry the message of Islam to the next generation. this girl has played important role in carrying the message of Islam to the next generation. and NOT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT SEX! and porn should be ilegal.

that's for the guy who speak lies about Muhammad regarding the 9 years old girl.

The rest of the story not being told here, and a very important part is the division of the christian church that occurred around 300 CE. The eastern regions of christian influence followed the teachings of a man named Origin. The basis of his teaching was that you had to obtain certain knowledge before redemption. Some people would never attain that knowledge, for them, life was useless. He also compared christian teachings to the widely accepted philosopher Plato. That is how the eastern orthodox christian church came to be. So when Mohammed went into the region preaching the western version of christianity, a version promising redemption for all, regardless of knowledge, he was widely accepted, specially by the uneducated masses. After Mohammed died, the tribal leaders distorted the teachings in order to mainrtain "control" over the masses. Origin had taken christian teaching and distorted them in a similar fashion before him. In the western regions of christian influence, a man named Tertulian(sp) distorted christian teachings in order to help the romans maintain "control" over the upstart christians. So I beleive the part about Mohammed being a prophet to bring back people to the true teachings of Christ, but his word has suffered the same human distortions as his predacessors. When the Pope accepts the errors of history and begins to take the church on the right path, only then will there be any chance for peace!!

I've been reading a lot about him in the past several months and reading the Qura'n. My opinion in that he is a false prophet and formed a cult. I know others won't like me to say this but it is my own personal opinion. Jesus was the last prophet and the Son of God and actually died on the cross and rose from the dead. Any self-proclaimed prophet after Him is a false one and to be see as evil. We all have the right to belief what we want. Love one another as people because God created us all. Peace! and God bless!

I do not know that much about him, other than that like Jesus, his words inflame those who don't like him, and uplift those who do.

It is said that he married a 9 year old, and most who dislike him say that makes him a pedophile, but I often wonder if he actually had relations with her right away.

I know that his words to his beloved people on how to survive in this world are often taken to the extremes by terrorists. We Christians have that problem too ... people miss the entire message of loving one another and caring for our neighbor.

The only problem I have with Muhammad's words are that I can't seem to find people that are Muslim that can tell me how their lives have been changed since becoming one. Perhaps that information is simply too sacred to them to share with me, I don't know.

a disbeliever will remain as a disbeliever even if you show him all the evidence in the world.

Muhammad the tender heart man, who died poor while he was in a position to make him the richest man on earth. a man who put his life in risk for sake of "worship only one God, my God and your God". destroy the idols that Arab used to worship and call people toward one Lord. he is truly a man of honor. God peace be uppon him.
