is there any website for this......help me.....and wat actually fibres do to the body

fibre helps you poo lol... but that isn't all it does. it helps to regulate your blood sugar levels, helps to lower cholsterol, helps to improve white blood cells and reduces the risk of developing diabetes, heart disease, and some cancers. it's found only in plant foods such as - fruits, vegetales, lentils and wheat products (wholegrain or bran
breakfast cereals and wholemeal bread etc.)

and as for vitamins, well there's so many different vitamins that are found in so many different sorts of food, but fruit and vegetables are always good. here's a link, you can read about it yourself :)
