Be sweet and flirtatious about it: "um there's this really cute girl that wants to ask u out but doesn't know how, what wud u say??" Allow him to answer then " She's standing right in-font of u"

first find out if hes into you. strike up a convo with him. if hes into you hell listen and interact with you. casually ask him what hes doing this saturday night and ask him if he wants to hang out, if hes not busy. guys like to asked out, its an ego boost.

..Being a guy I would appreciate you just coming right up to me and say hey " name " how would you like to go to the movies, resturant, church or whatever with me on Friday or Saturday or Sunday..If he wants to be with you he will say ok or he will ask for a rain check..If he doesn't.. he isn't interested..Just my opinon..good Luck!
