i was talking to one of his friends and i found out it was his ex. and he found out about it and he sayed its fine if i email him or talk to him. but he said dont talk to his friends or exs he said because it gets back to him? is he mad at me. and i told him that i had something important to tell him . and he asked me what i wanted to tell him but i cant remember what it is what should i tell him

If he is mad at you don't worry about it. He is your ex and for another him telling you not to talk to his friends or other ex girlfriends because it gets back to him what is he afraid of that might happen.
