We've been in the same appartment for 6yrs and had 6yrs of plumbing problems and flooding. It's always in the same room, the kitchen. There's been the water heater, the leaky radiator, water seeping in thru' the walls (on 2 facades), twice water leaking thru' the ceiling (no one ever found the cause of that), the tap, the water pressure, the pipes, blocked pipes, leaky pipes, you name it we've had it! And each time something's repaired, something else goes a little while later. We decided to do up the kitchen a bit, put in new cupboards, a new dishwasher and new work tops, we even moved the cooker to a better place in the kitchen - Feng Shui wise. But paff, yet again a flood from upstairs, and 3 plumbers have not been able to find the cause!
I've read about how emotions can be a cause of water problems. Any tips on how to put an end to this once and for all? We live in an appartment block, ground floor. The kitchen is in the north-east corner, front door at the north.

The building is not old, 15yrs to be exact.
And yes I DO think Feng Shui can help, why not? The plumber can't!

water to cause emotional problems? i don't know anything about that. but first, can you move your kitchen to other rooms, because there must be no water in the north east during period 8 (2004 until 2023). water in the northeast mean that money cannot come in. and leaking also mean money lost through expenses, which keeps on coming up.

there is really no remedy for a leaky plumbing in fengshui. you just need to get professional help.

fengshui does not also deal with emotional problems, but it deals with financial and health problems. for this, move your kitchen. also avoid kitchen in the northwest corner of the house.

You sound really intelligent, do you honestly believe in feng shui? Do you think maybe you've just been really unfortunate and have old pipes?
