I don't know about sour milk but expired milk can still be used as milk bath to keep ur body supple, especially full-cream milk. The proteins in the milk helps nourish your skin.

Depends on your skin type. Sour cream and yoghurt are good for dry, sensitive skin but I wouldn't want to try it on blemished, oily skin.
