Apply directly to the recruitment officer of the US Navy. Before, it can be done in Subic when the US bases are still there. Now, it could be harder because you will have to ask the US Navy for their recruitment program.

Keep in mind that only US citizens or permanent residents (green card holders) may join the military services.

For many years, Filipinos were allowed to elist in the US navy without immigrating first, but that unique program ended in 1992 with the closure of the American bases in the Philippines.

They have recruiters in the Philippine's! US commonwealths allow you to enlist! Talk to a recruiter!
