I have just found a cat and now is 'toilet-training' him. But it pee on the carpet and near the wall. Now my house smells bad. How can I get rid of the smell and prevent the cat from peeing anywhere it likes!! My children and I love the cat too much to let it go.

Clean wherever he goes with vinegar and then sprinkle baking soda. Let it sit for a few minutes then vacuum. Make sure he can get to the litter box easily and that's it's in a place that kind of secluded. He might not like the litter you're using. Try different brands till you find a good one. Make sure the box is scooped after each use. Good luck!

first of all you have to buy the scented sand, which absorbs the smell, so the cat can pee in it. This leaves the house without bad smells. you have to wash the carpet with appropriate soap and put in strong sun in a sunny day, the bad smell will disappear, hopefully.
That's what happened with me. Hope you ll find it useful.

Make up a 1 part vingar 3 parts warm water solution and wipe the area down. When it dries it will remove the smell of the urine and will stop the cat from coming back to the same spot over and over again.

Hi try using bicarbonate of soda on the areas he's peed...sprinkle & leave overnight & vac ir up...should help take some of it away...
Or wash firstly with vinigar & water...press a clean cloth on the wet area until all surplus liquid is removed then do the bicarbonate of soda like given instructions before...I hope this will help...cat pee is not the easiest to removed though...Regards Jake

Pour some Coca Cola on it.
Leave it for a few hours then wash the carpet with carpet shampoo. See to it that the kitten knows where the litter box is. Just remember to clean the litter box daily.

nicely i'm not a guy yet i will inform you that my husband has a stink. I felt that he didnt have good hygiene so each now and then i might get interior the bathe with him and wash him incredibly superb and it did not incredibly make a distinction. I truthfully have in basic terms been with him so i don't likely understand if there's a distinction yet possibly that is merely your fragrance. i did not delight in his scent in any respect yet in line with possibility somebody else will (getting divorced) and so in line with possibility somebody will like your scent.
