in my dream we were in a story together. he disappeared. I called out his name but no answer even tried calling his phone with no answer. Could this be because he just enlisted in the Military???

with him enlisting and such...this is in the back of your mind and in your subconscious when your sleeping....your worst fear is that he may get hurt while he is away or even worse...dreams are not the same as thoughts, they are alot more vivid....don't worry too much about this...he may be enlisting but he's not going to disappear like he did in your dream...

It does sound like an anxiety dream, so could be a reflection of your fears for him. Or it could just be that you were talking about mobiles yesterday and you went to sleep thinking about him and the dream means nothing.
Either way, they used to say that it was believing your dreams that sent you mad so I wouldn't put too much power on this dream. Concentrate on enjoying the time you have with him.

Yeah, the enlistment could have a lot to do with that. You're probably worried--either consciously or subconsciously--that he could get sent to Iraq or somewhere or that he could get hurt. Those are rational fears! Don't feel bad! You worry because you love him!

Probably. It sounds like a classic separation anxiety dream to me. Me and my fiance were at different universities for years and at the end of the holidays he would always get similar dreams, for example that he was getting sent to prison!
