Unfortunately, we do it because we tend to think that those we love will always be there, and love us unconditionally.....its not always the case, so we have to try and remind ourselves to be thankful for those we have in our lives, and tell them exactly what they mean to us....because one day they may not be there and we wont have said all we need to say to them.

I think it's because they are the one that is always there for us, close in both mind and body and we feel safe to 'vent' our feelings, whatever they may be on them, in a way we take it for granted because they don't always want to be 'subject' to our bad feelings or out bursts, but we count on them to always forgive and understand us. Maybe if thought about that the next time we 'go off' on them first, we can control ourselves, cool down first. And be honest with them, if it's not them, tell them it's not, but you need to talk, and if it is, be gentle, honest. Have a conversation instead of WW3 :)

Because we know that most of time they will accept us unconditionally and forgive us quicker than others. I am not saying this is the right attitude, but is true in most situations.
