It doesn't have to be spectacular...........just sincere. Tell her that you love her and miss her when you are away from her, and think of her all the time and that you want to spend the rest of your life with her (if marriage is on your mind) and that you feel ever so happy when you are with her and cannot imagine your life without her.

Just speak up and tell her how you feel...if she feels the same, she wil appreciate that you have told her, and otherwise why would you want to put enegy, time, and emotion into a relationship that doesn't even exist?
