Give her a bunch of red roses and a card. In the card write why you love her.
Dont write general comments or quotes. Write an incident when you actually fell in love with her or something very personal that has happened between the two of you. Dont promise high fi things. Be very simple and write something like." I will try and keep you happy and you are the dearest to me after God and my parents."

Love is the best gift you can give a girl. That and loyalty, respect and confidence. No one wants a person who cheats on them, and respect is a must. But if you're talking about a birthday or christmas gift, I would say: something that is straight from your heart.

it can be small one but should be cute
single red rose with a note i love you or
surprise card sent to her place (if she is in office but careful while doing that)
mostly flowers cards teddy and chocolates with some note or mail will impress them

honestly, the way to a girls heart is not giving her stuff. It's being an amazing boyfriend and giving her an amazing, unforgettable day. Take her somewhere, constantly show her your love... oh, however if you want to get her something nice, maybe diamonds ;)
