A lot of Belgium companies work together with Indian companies. So a lot of people travel to India. Try to find someone who can take this with him.
To which city/area do you want to send this package? My company works with a company in Chennai (ex-Madras). If this is your destination, I can try to arrange this. If you want that, send me an email on 2india@telenet.be

You can use a delivery company such as DHL. It's very secure but quite expensive. Don't send it through postal services as the parcel will be opened and won't be given to the person you want to. You can also ask to someone who goes to India but it might be a little more difficult ... Good luck !
