No, you can't claim for injuries on your own insurance. An injury claim is an "uninsured loss" it's something not covered by your own insurance policy. Other examples of this would be things like loss of earnings and inconvinience claims.
If you had not been at fault and SOMEONE ELSE had caused the injury then you would instruct solicitors to claim of his/her policy.
In your case, the most you insurance will cover you for is loss/damage to the vehicle.
Not sure why the people above me are saying yes, it's DEFINATELY a no. You CAN claim for injuries after an accident, but only if you are not at fault and you MUST claim of the at-fault person's insurance.

If your insurance accepts liability, for example if it was your fault and you've admitted it - then you can still claim. Of course if the accident wasn't your fault you would claim from the other drivers insurance for damages.
