The best thing I have found it to always have fruit around. A nice apple or pear etc will lower the crave for any food, takes a while to digest and overall, much lower on calories. Over a long period of time, not a quicky, I have lost over 75 lbs doing this.

It would really help if you could cut out all junk food for at least 2 weeks. Going cold turkey will help you get over the addiction to sugar and fat. Eat healthly with lots of veg, fruit, meat, fish, nuts, eggs and dairy. Then you should be able to have fast food every so often without craving it constantly. It's hard work at first but then it feel natural (which it is - we were never designed to eat junk food in the first place!)

just imagine that if you keep eating, you'll be 600lb, have no girlfriend, no job, and will have to move by wheelchair
