Sometimes people just sink into bad moods for no apparent reason at all. Maybe you have an inbalance of some sort, or maybe you just need to relax. Spend some time by yourself and think about ways to make your life a little less stressful.

I can sympathise. I was like that a couple of weeks ago but it was mostly PMT related- grumpy, tearful the lot. Made my boyfriends life a bit of a nightmare. I bought evening primrose capsules and so far they have made me feel better. I would give them a try and see if they work.

As a female your hormones, (estrogen) have fluctuations. They are now saying different foods you eat can change your moods. Maybe that's the problem-chocolate is supposed to increase endorfins that make you feel good. So sit back w/ a Mars bar or whaever choc. you crave. Hope this helps!

I'm tempted to answer that its your cycle and/or your hormones. But possibly something is disturbing you.Why dont you write down your grumps on a piece of paper, read each thoroughly and then say firmly to yourself - I will NOT LET THIS SC**W UP MY LIFE. Finally just tear up the paper.
I'm sure you will feel a lot better.

Some may say its down to Biorhythms and give it a week and you'll be fine. More drastic it that you may have ran out of chocolate and all your local shops are having a bit of a crisis with delivery ... in which case, invest in a Heavy Bag to smack the stuffin' outta when req'd.

Why do you need a reason? If you want to feel grumpy go ahead - I do it all the time, as my husband will testify!

aside from what these people are saying that you are a woman, we need to get proper rest and eat the proper foods so our bodies can be in the right rhythm
