If thats the case then explain to me how billions of people are all diseased????

Thats the most atrocious thought if you ask me.

To think yourself better in the event that you dont have religion.

Religion is a need.

The need to trust in something other than the perishable things on this earth..

The need to trust in something that will last..

And religion is the answer to that...no am sorry..GOD is the answer to that...as everything dies...but Him. End of discussion.

Note: Some people would consider believing in a love that doesnt last, to be nothing but self deceit...so how can you believe in the holy cow, moose, human, thats gonna die eventually??! I ask you that.

Fact: EVERYBODY believes in something. Whether its emptiness or God..is their decision.

No, it isn't.
There are entire countires, continents even, where everyone follows the same religion. This leads us to concludes it is simply a process of indoctrination that leads to the propogation of religion.

There must be some spiritual need that people have to believe that helps people get by in the world. Why else would there be so many people who still claim to be religous?

This is particularly true in Western societies, where moderates conveniently disregard the doctrines of their relgion that have lost favour (slavery, killing non believers and heretics, etc) and yet still claim to be religious despite not following all of its codes and not admitting its obvious contradictions with modern society.

No it is not a Virus.

Religion is nothing but the way which you live and pray. The religion teaches you how to live in the world, how to behave with each other.

But some people are using this religion as a weapon for their own means.Like to dominate to others or to occupy someone's region.

No, religion is a system of beliefs and values that you follow. Everybody is religious trust me. Even you have your own religion if you like it or not. Yes, even if you are an atheist you still belive there is no God and this is your religion.

I think our brains are hard wired to religion, there will always be people who believe and people who don't. Unfortunately there will always be fanatics and people who abuse the trust shown by their religion. Certainly not a virus.
