When the lights went out has was swimming in the nile cause it was about 3 in the afternoon and it didnt matter much.
He was angry at the jews for not paying thier electricity bills in time and angry with The Pharo and Sons Electric company for not extending payment time.
He was cooling his anger in the nile swimming three quarters of a mile.
