the thing is, they have a double-standard.
for example, in 1947 when the muslim indians demanded their own muslim state in the sovereign nation of india, they cheerfully agreed to the displacement of several million native hindus, and created pakistan.
but only the next year, in 1948, when the jews wanted their own country on land which isn't even a part of any sovereign nation, thats a different story.
they can dish it out, but they certainly can't take it.
and mind you, the number of hindus displaced when the muslims created pakistan on indian land numbered in the millions. the number of palestinians displaced when the jews created israel was only about 7-8 hundred thousand. and considering the 6-7 hundred thousand jews that were kicked out of all the arab world with nothing but their pajamas at about the same time, we generally consider that a pretty fair trade. of course, you've never heard a peep from israel demanding reparations on behalf of the arab jews. why don't the arab nations let the palestinians live in the houses they confiscated from the jews?

They key word is resentment.
If the Mid-East is a football field, then Israel is a postage stamp in the middle of it. A Jewish state of 5 million surrounded by 280 million Muslim Arabs. The Arab world resents Israel and the biblical promise G-d made to the Jewish people concerning Israel, their homeland. They say over and over that they want to push the Jews into the sea, so maybe they will stop hating Jews when they get their wish, when all Jews are dead...
And as the old saying goes, if the Arabs lay down their weapons there will be peace.
If Israel lays down its weapons there will be no Israel.

First of all, Muslims don't hate a person because of what happened thousands of years ago in history. Just like every other religion, It is a peaceful religion if people care enough to understand it.
Second, the teachings is Islam does not say that Muslims should hate Jews.
It tells of a story that happened in the past which concerns two group of people with slightly different beliefs. How people felt after reading that story is a result of their own interpretation or an understanding which was influenced by other sources.
Hatred is a choice. It's entirely up to u to break free from it or keep it buried deep it your soul and inherit it to your children.

you receive it incorrect. its no longer muslims, that's people from palestine that dislike jews. Palestine develop into an MuslimArab/ChristainArab united states of america. even as Jews got here to Palestine, they moved the Arabs away to really a small line strip of the country in hardship-free words. Jews took over maximum people of the country and renamed it Israel/replaced the flag to the jewish image. Til as we talk, Arabs(palestine) and jews nonetheless wrestle over the land. Palestine do not have some thing to guard themselves, when you consider that jews are nonetheless planing to take the entire united states of america. so that you won't be able to extremely say Muslims hate Jews. you need to spoil it down

Conflict of interests. The holy sites of the Bible, the Koran, and the Torah are at the same place because all 3 originated from Abraham. Christians are too far away, but the Muslims and Jews live next to each other, and they both think the other group is wrong and followers of Satan. Push comes to Shove and that's why they hate each other. Because God deemed it so.

I guess we do not need the teachings of Imams if we talk about current incidents and others which happened a little time ago.
There was a time when in my country Muslims, Christians and Jews lived peacefully and in harmony. Jews were known to be traders, the best traders, will perfect communication skills and ability to convince their customer to buy their merchandise, which was good merchandise due to their ability to notice the best quality products. Their products were a bit expensive, but good quality.
The situation has changed ever since Jews came flooding to Palestine, buying lands and taking over others until they owned part of the country. Not only did they want this part to be their separate territory, but also wanted to get their territory bigger and bigger by opening immigration for Jews from all other places, and by invading other pieces of land from Palestine and also other countries around them (Egypt, Syria, Lebanon). This caused resentment from these countries against Israel and most importantly, resentment of surrounding nations, and therefore Jews were no more accepted by surrounding people, who are mostly Arabs and Muslims and even those Jews who once lived peacefully and happily in some Arab countries, were not welcomed anymore.
And all Muslims can remember about Jews now is their constant attempts to increase their property on account of its neighbours.
Maybe one day when peace will work between Palestine and Israel, things will change.

Arabs, especially Muslim ones (I don't know about the non-Arabs) have an tendency to sympathize with each other. We are brothers. We feel the Palestinians' pain. Israel was planted among us like a cancer cell, to hurt us. Our brothers were driven out of their land and the bombings R non-stop. We hate the murdered, regardless of their religion. I don't hate a Jew who is not living in Israel just because he is a Jew. I don't even hate a harmless Jew in Israel. Tell me, does all of Israel love the Arabs?
The quote of that girl is correct, its in the Quran. When Moses (pbuh) led the Jews out of Egypt though Siena, Moses told them to help him fight tyrants to enter a village, they said: "go and fight with your God, we are staying here" I am sure U don't believe in the Quran, I am only justifying the girl's quote.
It is true that Moses told Mohammed (pbuh): "go ask God to lessen the prayers". Mohammed kept asking till the number was down to 5. then Moses said: "5 is a lot, even my people would not tolerate it". Mohammed said: "I can't, I have asked too much". Do U know what's the meaning of all this? The Jews always complained, never please with God's grace, till Moses thought that even Muslims are like them.

Sigh
its all about land. It personally amazes me that their can be 40 Muslim nations on Earth, but the concept that the Jews are allowed to have one country to themselves that is the size of the state of New Jersey is some how the most awful evil thing that can exist.
For crying out loud if the Muslim world thinks that the Palestinians are being so mistreated then why dosent every Muslim nation take in 60,000 Palestinian refuse and the problem will be over.

I am convinced that it is not God or religion that kills humanity but the deep indoctrination that is going on within these man made religions. One needs religion for it gives them an idea into the relationship of a self with its creator. The religious truth cannot be a monopoly of one religion. God is one; but He manifests Himself into different forms. One has to be tolerant enough to give others their freedom to realize his creator, however imperfect that attempt turns out to be.
