You are entitled to US citizenship if he was naturalized before you were born. Otherwise, you could have gotten a US immigrant visa if he petitioned for you, but the petition would have been automatically invalidated by his death if the visa had not been issued yet.

Why ask here? Take his papers and go to nearest US Embassy and see what they say. It seems like yes/
