Yes they should but they can't separate from it if they wanted to. We are all connected together - one Universal mind, connected together and are part of a whole. They can, of course, refuse to believe and it is their loss as the Universal mind is there for us all to tap into to help solve our problems and the world problems. We only have to put out positive thought and it will be picked up by many. This is why sometimes people think coincidences occur - they don't - a thought is put out and someone picks it up and acts on it.
