I'm a freshman at High School,I'm pretty tall and a bit fat , but it doesn't show that much. I'm kind of the shy/smart guy at school, girls always ask me questions when they don't know things. I was wondering girls liked guys like me , I'm really nice to girls :)

sure they can, sometimes gils actually like that type.. haven't you seen the movie Hitch? in the end it turned out that the guy was just acting himself and the lady loved it... but: untill you are not a friend of yourself and your selfesteem is down i don't think you will succeed....sorry... work on that, be nice to the girls and one day a girl will notice you *crosses fingers*

Of course girls would be interested in a 'sort of fat', BUT intellegent, nice guy!!!My boyfriend is on the chubby side, but I was and still am attracted to his personality and his looks. His fat doesnt bug me at all and besides I prefer chubby guys.

if you want girls, then you have to be a genuine charming guy. shy "sort of" fat guys dont get girls, girls go with the guy who is charming and funny and which they can have fun with, but still u have to seem like you are they type of guy who isn't afraid of girls yet is slightly. its weird, u need to be 9 times charming and 1 time(out of 10) what seems to be the normal you, maybe even 8:2

Let me lend you some advice.. the saying nice guys finish last is absolutely true.
Nice guys end up being a shoulder to cry on when her bad boy upsets her.. but it never goes any further then that.
Try being the bad boy ..Women like men with issues because it's exciting and deep down they want to try and reform the bad boy.

well, i believe most girls at your age would not have the depth to see the true value in you but than again if you never try, you never know. in short, i think the chances are low that they will take interest in you as in like going into a serious relationship with you (aka being your girlfriend). however, there are still chances that your qualities would be admired by some:)
fortunately, as the years go by and these girls having more experience in relationship and maturity as well, will be more likely to put looks aside. until then, just be yourself and stay happy...

Just be yourself. I know that is the worst advice i could give to someone i do not even know but that is the most practical thing to do for someone like you who is not sure about getting girls. Continue to be sincere and i tell you, even the most popular girl in the campus would die for you.

Yeah, keep the "niceness" but have that within limits. Be cocky with girls and dont be ultra nice as in do everything for them because they will step all over you. If you have confidence in yourself, they will notice that and will be attracted to you. Go get 'em ;)

The key is confidence. If a guy is confident and happy, he is attractive. It also wouldn't hurt to get in shape.
