for lets say three years, and his paritioners say they forgive him and only hold him accountable for being unfaithful to his wife and say they are not concerned that his infidelity was with another man, does that mean they are in favor of monogamous homosexual relationships? If not, why not? If the sex of the partner is not an issue as they say, then why would they not be in favor of same-sex marriages for monogamous committed couples? Is there a contradiction there?

So far, as far as I know, Ted Haggard has not admitted to having sex with the man Mike Jones. In fact, he denied it.

A contradicition if that parish preaches that homosexual relationships are wrong..
At the end of the day not all Churches are against homosexuality, though a majority are. These days I think they realise sexual descrimination doesnt stop at the church doorstep.
