There is a female who was born in the philipines. Her philipines birth certificate has a typo which was not changed before she entered U.S. Instead of being marked female, the workers at the hospital marked male. She is truly female. She is in the U.S. right now. What should she do? Please give advices. I'll appreciated your help, thank you.

Ask the immigration service here. They have different documents they recognize sometimes in lieu of a birth certificate or in addition to one. That will only help for US documents, though. You need to change or annotate the birth certificate in the Phillipines for Phillipine purposes.

it's too late to fix but you should get another one (cert.) and change it but keep the other one for two identities
