He needs to go to the office of the Attorney General, Mr. Shurtleff. He is pro-illegal and will cut through the red tape to get him a drivers license. Mr. Shurtleff has been honored by the government of Mexico for his efforts to erase the borders.
The people of Utah have been duped by this man. He has used his religion to fool the voters who have not yet realized his impact on bring illegals to the state.
He was also instrumental in bringing illegal laborors to the state house for construction on that building.
This information came to me by my brother who lives in Salt Lake City. While the people there seem to be good people, they remain sadly innocent in their outlook on the world. Because of their blindness, illegals have many rights in Utah.

No he can't, tell him to go home and do it the legal way. Utah is very conservative. They are good people, and they also follow the laws of the land.

If he doesn't have papers he is not entitled to get a license. Hell, for that matter he is not entitled to be here!
You folks need to learn respect for our laws.
