We have been dating awhile, and I don't want him to think I am pushy. But it seems like I get in touch more often than he gets in touch with me. Is this bad? Or do you think he doesn't even really notice or care

It could be bad.

Too much contact can be suffocating.

Women need to learn to communicate efficiently.

If you have something important to tell a guy, he will be happy to listen.

It depends how much you like him. If you really like him, why calculative if you in touch more often than he does with you? Nothing is bad, when love is good! Most importantly, don't do it out of the expectation, which means don't expect that he will do the same for you. You want to contact him is simply becoz you enjoy doing so! Nothing more & nothing less. If he do not contact you as often as you do, you will not get dissappointment. Remember, expectation will only leads to dissappointment.

If you really thinks that is impropriate to contact him too often, I have a suggestion here. I do understand that when you miss someone so badly, is hard not to contact that person, especially in the early stage of the relationship. If you really have to call, call him on the approriate time, don't call when you know that he is working. If you just want to let him know that you miss him, just send him a short, kicking & sexy text to him.

Lady, get yourself busy! Filling up your past time with gal friends, do some readings & get some inspirations, spending time make over yourself, like manicured, hair dressing etc. Whatever it is, just keep yourself busy. Don't spend time guessing what he thinks about this & that. You are not him, you never know what he thinks. And you can't control what he thinks too. What you can do is whatever has to do with you. So just make the best of your part, and let him decide for his part. Enjoy your passionate life!

There is no "dating rule" that says who should call more, but I can tell you this... The more interested person calls more. However, some people like to let u wait to get u more interested. To answer the initial question; Dont call him unless it is really necessary... I loose interest in a girl that calls or text me all the time.

I think it is OK, you know how they say men have less words then woman. It is also true with emails and the such we do it because we like to. They are busy and it is not that they don't love us they just don't think of it all the time. If he seems to be into you and is calling you for a date don't worry that you text him to much if you see he is avoiding you then maybe you are pushing it. Use your best judgement.

Relationship is like dancing. Take cue from guys. Just keep up with his pace -- nothing more, maybe little less.

if you are calling him 2-1,3-1, ratio? you are 'sweating him'. guys like attention, not 'sweated'. save some for the marriage.
