Question: given the drama involved, why would you want to?
Find someone in common who is not going out with anybody -- it is easier said than done sometimes, but it is much easier than trying to break up a couple to satisfy yourself.
Besides, if a person can be uprooted as such from somebody, chances are good that you might be the next poor guy she breaks up with.

Bad idea.
If you want to be with her you don't want her cheating or leaving someone for another relationship. If it worked and you ended up together, you'd only eventually come to fear that she'll do the same to you.
