how can i find out without asking her outright is there any tricks cause would feel really bad if it would cause any problems with working with her its seems like shes into me but i dont really know please help me someone its like shes sending mixed singals

Have you considered flirting? You don't need to be extra flirtatious. Just that little odd flirt once in a while, for instance giving her a little smile and a wink. If she responds back with a smile, go near her, make conversation. You will definitely know if she's into you or not.
If you don't like these ideas then keep on living those doubts. Grab the opportunity and make your move! The worst that could happen is a "no, I'm not interested". But at least you'll know where you stand and there's no harm in making a move on a colleague...If this girl is not interested, you don't need to feel uncomfortable at work. Tell her you like girls kind of like her when your having a conversation and check for a reaction. Just ask her out, whats the worst that could happen. She says no and you do one of her friends and then you end up cheating on her friend with her.

From a woman's perspective: You should be brave and approach her while nobodies around and ask her if she would like to have dinner with you sometime. If she accepts, she likes you. If she comes up with some lame excuse than you need to forget about her.

My opinion i think that you should talk to her and ask her on a date first and see how thats goes and then if you somehow start to date tell her that you don't want it to affect you two working together. I hope it works out.
