I live in southeast missouri and we have been looking every where for a collie puppy and aren't having any luck. Anyone know of any places in Missouri, Southern Illinois, Northern Arkansas that sells collies?

go to petfinder.com.....this is a site for rescue groups.....just enter your Zip code, and be AMAZED at how many great choices you have !!.....i recently adopted a Great Pyrenees mix from them, and my dog Sylvester is awesome !!.....check it out .....try it.....do a good deed.....adopt a sable and white standard collie puppy today !!.....good luck to you, in your search for a sable & white standard collie puppy as a new pet !!!!,,,,most adoptions run between $ 50 to $ 200 maximum, for a wonderfull dog, that will be very happy to be your new pet !!!

Every year, close to know, the DOG BOOK magazine lists all the breeds in all the states and I am sure you can find what you are looking for in there, I did!

PS, make sure you see the parents and if you are showing or breeding, a DNA profile workup of their bloodline so that you are not scammed.

i try the American Kennel Club for breedes you will be able to email them from their website...they can usually help you or send you in the right dirrection of a respectable breeder...Regards Jake

Contact your local (COUNTY!) kennel club!! They're ALL listed at the AKC site -where you NEED to READ the BREED STANDARD!!!
