well recently he's been showing some interest in me. one day at school i was at my locker (and his locker is next tom mine) when he suddenly calls me in this serious tone, so i was like "yeaa" and he said "I LOVE YOU" WHAT DOES THIS MEAN i rlly like this guy & i want to know if he means it or is juss playing around.

He's playing around, which is sick since it's not right for guys (or girls) to play around with that phrase.

Well, only you can aswer that. If a person is sincere of what they say, it can tell from the tone of voice and the body language. And most importantly is the eye-to-eye contact. Only you would know! Look at him into his eyes, when he says that again. The eyes can't lie. One more thing is that, the time can prove everything! Good luck!

It means he thinks he loves you or he probably just wants to get in your head so he can manipulate you. Focus on school.

he shouted that in front of the school!?!??!?!??!!sorry to tell you,but that sounds like he knows you like him and now he's just playing with your emotions and fealings.you should meet with him alone and ask him what the hell was he doing and what did he meen by that.
