Diet is not about how fast can you lose, but how long can you maintain it. You may lose up to 50pounds per month with a strict diet, but question is, how long can you stick with it? I would say let it be slow, so that you can also slowly adapt to your new diet style. I personally have been on a very strict diet, as I am 151cm 45 kg initially, but i managed to go down to 40kg in half a year, maintained it for 2 years, but later on, I find it very hard to be that strict, thus I was out of track. By the way, what kind of diet are you on if you don't mind sharing?

Dieting and pills don't work. You are to lose fat not weight. All you need to know is to find out why you're overweight. If it's just inactivity, the only way to get you back to normal weight is exercise and eat well (not less)
And let me warn you now, it's better than you regret later, if you hope to make it by other than doing regular exercise and eating natural good food, say eating less and less and that's dieting and taking pills which are NOs NOs, it'll take you nowhere but make it worse in a long run. You are not convinced yet because you are seeing your weight dropping.
I am very experienced in this area, and I can tell your case is serious. Once again, seek advice from a professional near where you live, because you have to know the reason before you can take appropriate actions. No kidding, trust me. Please go to this link

You are doing a good job. You know which foods you can
and cannot eat. You could cut down on the calories a little
more but not too much that you are hungry. The slower the
weight comes off the better. It takes time, so hang in there
and good luck. Are you also exercising to help with the weight loss ?

If you wanna lose weight then go for it but do a little bit at a time its dangerous and its not healthy to be strict on your diets i know you want the day to come but don't rush into it because it could hurt you and it could leave lots of people who care about you concerned. But thats losing alot of weight and i thinks thats amazing if you wanna do that. But NEVER starv yourself there are better ways to lose weight and starving isn't it. So i hope it works out for you. i wish you the best.

Well dont be so hasty in weight reduction. Make it slow so that you will maintain that. If its too fast then there are more chances of gaining weight in the same way. So diet regulation & physical workout is best way. Your weight loss speed is ok. Dont be hasty.

just wait. weight is not a thing which you can lose or gain at your own wish. it takes time. don't you dare use any sauna belt or those heating belts. these belts are very bad. they have a lot of side effects. what you have to do is to get up early in the morning and go for a walk. at about 5:30 in the morning. walk for an hour. you have to be fast. don't walk like a tortoise. walk fast. don't stop anywhere. continue walking for an hour.
then check your weight after sometime. i am sure you lose weight very fast. don't take any medicines. control ur diet and as i said go for a walk EARLY in the morning. see it will work like anything.

I used to take diet pilss (which are bad). My doctor told me that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week is a good rate, and your less likely to gain it back!
