I have been eating quite healthy lately, and drinking lots of water. I'm not on any medicines and I don't drink or do drugs. These stomach aches are just slight, but I know theyre there, ya know? *sigh* Have any idea what it could be?

When all other causes are eliminated (as it were), we have to chalk it up to stress. People tend to clench up the muscles around their stomachs when reacting to stress. That can be uncomfortable.

There's also a thing called "irritable bowel syndrome," if you are talking lower tummy, not really stomach.

confident, stress can easily reason diarrhea, yet many different issues can, too. There are some OTC drugs (over the counter) that is very effective. If this has purely been happening for a week, your symptoms point out which you will have a soft intestinal virus, or "computer virus." As on your vegetarian foodstuff plan, you're able to purely adventure diarrhea from that as quickly as you first started it. ordinarily, vegetarians get greater fiber than meat-eaters, and fiber could tend to bring about good bowel concern. approximately your drowsiness, are you confident that it particularly is bearing directly to this? in case you're taking this type of heavy academic load, is it conceivable which you purely don't get adequate sleep? I also have a sixteen-year-previous pal interior the comparable concern, and that i've got been greater desirable than somewhat worried approximately his conceivable sleep deficit. i'm hoping this hasn't been too "impolite" or "shallow," considering i'm an grownup. heavily, do no longer insult me while soliciting for my help!

Maybe lately you have been eating more than usual. Exercise and less food are the answers but if you still get a stomache ache, go and see your local doctor.
