if that is the addiction then I have it..really I do..
and to tell you the truth I do not want it to go away..I want it for life..
and now that I have seen what it looks like

Just wait till you have a troll following you around rating all your answers thumbs down, and then using a puppet account to rate them again so they're hidden by the default rating system. Or you could go on the Forum and try to get the Answers Team to realize how much damage their new feature is doing. Either one of those is frustrating enough to make Answers a lot less fun. Then again, I'm still here. So I suppose the only truly effective solution would probably be throwing your computer out the window, but that would tend to create more problems than it solves.

There is a group called Answerholics Anonymous, but don't be fooled: they "cure" their addiction by spending so much time on email and IM that they don't post as many questions or answers here. That's not worth it, to me.
But then, I am not looking for a cure. I've been doing this since January 24, 2006.

Yeah as a matter of fact there is...when you have someone who you like pulls out of answers you just don't have the same zing to get back on.........that's why you don't pay much attention on people like OU812..they are not worth your precious time..
