Sorry to break it to you but there is no secret formula or a pill or any set of exercises that you can do to grow. I myself am 5'11'' and wish I was at least 6'1'' but I wasn't blessed. I guess I still have a couple more years to grow but I'm not going to count on it. Make the most of it and start lifting weights. Remember, the shorter you are, the easier it is to bulk up because of the length of your muscle fibers. Don't kill yourself over it, it's not really a big deal.

I don't know how much it helps but yoga and pilates or other forms of streching. I know that in the past 2 years I have grown one and a half inches. I dont know if it is because of regular activity or me, but I am 23 and I dont think people grow in their 20's...
