further, I can't easilly say no to other individual. which infact I know that they have always a bad luck for me.

No it probably isn't healthy, I have a little bit of the same problem. I think it has to with your personality. Most people like to feel needed some more than others and were willing to put ourselves in places we don't really wanna be because of this.

This is a possible symptom of codependency. Go to your library and look for a book called "Codependent No More" by Melodie Beattie. You will be amazed at what you read.
