further, I cana't easilly say no to other individual. which infact I know that they have always a bad luck for me.

well its because you are like a big brother to them tats why, and it becomes a routine tat you have to help. but its ok. but if they are really making use of you better not.

No, it is not healthy to always place others above your own well-being, especially if doing so would compromise your standards.
In certain situations, it is best to avoid others problems as it will only drag you down. With time and age, you learn to discern where to help and when to run.

no, it's not mentally healthy. i used to be that way, and it ended up giving me panic attacks for a year and a half, until i learned that i couldn't please everybody. go see a psychologist - mine really helped me turn my life around and be able to say no to people.

as long as you don't put yourself in danger while being concerned, you can help all you want, there is nothing wrong with actively caring.

i heard a quote once that said "the key to failure is trying to please everybody". im not sure if its unhealthy, but as long as its not constant and as long as you put yourself first SOMETIMES, it shouldnt be too bad. you're important too.
