I'm an asian 15 years old girl and my weight is about 68kg. The standart weight for girls like me is around 40-50kg. I really don't have any idea how to get the right weight. Well, I had been dieting since I'm 13(80kg), but I don't know why the diet I used to practise has not been working now.
I don't take any junk food or carbonated drinks. I think it's because of my metabolism. I'm not an active person because I'm not use to hang outdoor.

I need ways to do activities to burn fat that can be carried out at home. or should I try fat-burning cream??

cream doesn't work on this much extra weight. it might help some skinny model to loose a few milimiters, not u. u shoud definitely exercise, only diet never helps. only exercising never helps. together they can make a difference. u might buy a cd or record music yourself and do physical exercises at home, in front of your cd player. not less than 1 hour a day, u might have 2 days off. about physical exercises - just put on google or yahoo search physical exercises or fitness and u will have many links wich will tell u what kind of exercises to do. good luck. just start shaking that ***

eating right is the first step.

Exercises that can be done in your home are very simple. Sit-ups, push-ups, work out balls, running in place, or even just jumping jacks.

Do not try fat burning cream. You are at the right age to start worrying about your right, but not too much. There are certain things going on in your body now that will be different later in life. I have seen plenty of chunky girls, with "baby fat" become thin just because their body changes at later ages like 20 or so(I have also seen it go the other way, too). Either way, you are doing things right; worry about your diet and then do some cardio. all that other stuff is crap.

TaeBo is a really fun, great workout. It is a tape and it gets over quickly.
Or you can do dance tapes, MTV dance tapes.
