I'm an asian 15 years old girl and my weight is about 68kg. The standart weight for girls like me is around 40-50kg. I really don't have any idea how to get the right weight. Well, I had been dieting since I'm 13(80kg), but I don't know why the diet I used to practise has not been working now.
I don't take any junk food or carbonated drinks. I think it's because of my metabolism. I'm not an active person because I'm not use to hang outdoor.
I need ways to do activities to burn fat that can be carried out at home. or should I try fat-burning cream??
