This is too easy!
Place prepared wings in a baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 mins. Meanwhile, melt 1 stick butter with 1 small bottle of Louisiana Hot sauce. After 30 mins, turn wings and pour sauce over. Bake an additional 30 mins, or until wings are cooked through.

Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe
4 to 5 pounds chicken wings
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt (if desired)
4 cups vegetable oil
4 Tbsp butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
5 Tbsp Louisiana-brand hot sauce or Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
Instructions
Chop off the tip of each chicken wing, and discard it. Chop the wing in half (cutting at the joint) to make 2 pieces. Grind on fresh black pepper and sprinkle with salt if desired.
Heat the oil over high heat in a deep skillet, Dutch oven, or deep-fat fryer until it starts to pop and sizzle (around 400 degrees F). Add half the chicken wings and cook until they're golden and crisp, stirring or shaking occasionally. When done, remove them to drain on paper towels and cook the remaining wings.
Melt the butter or margarine over medium heat in a heavy saucepan, add the hot sauce and the 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Stir well and remove from the flame immediately.
Place the chicken on a warm serving platter, pour the sauce on top, and serve.
Yield: 8 to 10 servings
Note: Buffalo Chicken Wings are traditionally served with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

I deep fry the wings until golden brown, drain on paper towels. Then I cover them in Allegro marinade Hot and Spicy. ( I find this in my grocer with the steak sauces.) Then I micro wave them. 1 minute for mild 2 to 3 minutes for hot. Drain off the excess marinade and serve with the celery and blue cheese.

homemade hooters wings....(tried...tested...delicious!)
INGREDIENTS
1 quart oil for deep frying
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 dash ground black pepper
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 chicken wings
DIRECTIONS
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). The oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep. Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving.
In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.
Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together. Serve.

Place the flour in a plastic bag and shake the chicken wings in the flour to coat.
In a large skillet, fry the chicken wings in hot, 1 inch deep oil until cooked through. Place the cooked wings in the honey/lime mixture and toss to coat well. Serve immediately

First of all I read the other responses and they are way too complicated ...fry your wings in grease until crispy....some resturants don't cook long enough so the wings are wet inside...that is not done! get a bowl and add melted butter with Franks hot sauce to taste.......thats how we do it in buffalo babe !
