the Minute Men?
The minute men Violate the U.N Universal Declaration of Human rights day in day out.
http://www.un.org/Overview/rights.html
Read it, they violate every law in it and should be prosecuted by the U.N for Human rights violations. Oh, and lets not forget all anti illegals and racist are in violation too.

Since America is part of the U.N, this Universal declaration supercedes immigration law, whether illegal or not, as stated in Article 13 section 2.

Sorry, your statement that since the USA is part of the UN, the Declaration of Human Rights supersedes our constitution is wrong. The US constitution is still the final say. The UN would like their declaration to be the law, but it isn't. I don't know of any country where you cross borders without passports or visas. If I try to cross into Mexico illegally and I get caught, I go to jail and Mexican jails are not a fun place to be. They are not like being in an US jail. So if your statement was correct, then I should be able to cross into Mexico without proof of US citizenship and I can't. In fact, Mexico should be prosecuted because they violate 3/4 of the Human Rights in the UN Declaration. My suggestion is that you quit trying to find fault with the Minute Men or else just go join them. I have found that those who protest the most are the ones who want to join the most.

(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
Each state being each nation, moron. People can freely move within their own country.
(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.
They have the right to leave a country, but they don't have a right to enter another country without permission. And there is nothing that says there is any right to become a citizen of another nation.

The executive branch of state and federal government enforces laws. The Republicans (aka George Bush) still hold the executive branch of the federal government.

No, we are not the UN and if they want to stay in power they will never turn on American citizens to satisfy some outside power. I think a lot of people are about to get a wake up call on what the dems are about.

True but this does not say it is therefore legal to enter the country of his choice. This would seem to deal only with his original Country, and his/her rights there.
Being legally able to leave there doesn't make them able to legally enter here. Laws exist. The only point of contention as I see it is.........inforcement. Which seems quite willing, but consistantly underfunded.
Perhaps this will change now.
One can hope.

Everyone has the right to leave their country. That is not the same as having the right to enter someone else's.
You can leave your house, but if you step foot in mine without permission you will get a foot up your *** as you are "deported".
