if you're his type then try to spend time with him, write him notes and call him occasionally just to say whats up if you have his number, find something you guys have in common and spend time doing it together or just talk about it (like music for instance)
he is going to flirt with other girls still, but at least you might have some of his attention.

Get every other guy to give you their attention!He will feel like he is missing out and would also want a piece of the fun.Get him to flirt with you.Flaunt your stuff and stick out the other guys comments until you get the catch!

be suttle. find a topic to segue into a conversation like a thing in common. don't grab on to that moment like there's no tomorrow or else he'll just ignore you more. if he gives you attention don't show him you are craving for it or you'll get the opposite. show him you are interested in whatever hes talking about then reply mysteriously like when he asks whats your favorite song ask him "why do you wanna know, are you gonna sing it for me?" or something like that add a bit of humor too. make it light. don't flirt on account of serious situations.
