Pagan is a generic term for those that follow polytheistic pre-christian beliefs and is far to nondescript for practicality. As for those that specifically follow the Greek Pantheon of deities the only term I have heard for them as a group is Hellenists, a reference to the Hellistic period in Greece when the belief in the TRUE Greek gods flourished.

I don't know what it would be called, but I wanted to say that is an interesting question. I remember from reading myths that often times there would be special places to worship specific Greek gods. Since there were many gods, it wouldn't be a monotheistic religion. It would be ..oh it is on the tip of my tongue..the word that means "the worship of many gods"..similar to the Egyptians. It is multitheism or polytheism I think..

NeoPagan, Pagan, Reconstructionist, Hellenic Pagan, Hellenismos
These are the terms for people that practice the ancient Greek religion. I have a few friends who are Hellenismos.
Wikipedia has a great article
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neopagan#Reconstructionist
Hope this helps. Peace be with you.

I think the technical term is "hellenic restructionist". That's what I'm finding, anyway.
