the flight i booked said my ticket was an electronic tickt. what does that mean?

you can print out your ticket from your computer, go to the airline you are flying with on-line..you were given an authorization or confirmation number
you can also go online 24 hrs or the morning of flight and check - in then print out your boarding pass as well
