Chech first with the U.S. Department of Education and the Distance Education Training Council. Many schools now offer education on a distance learning mode. Most are legitimate, accredited institutions. Unfortunately, there are many others who operate as mere diploma mills, wherein you basically buy your diploma and you get nothing but a scrap of paper and a degree recognized by noone.

Among the recognized, legitimate, and leaders in the field are Penn Foster Career School, and Professional Career and Development Institute. Check them out at www.pennfoster.org, and www.pcdi.org. To check accreditation, log on to www.detc.org.

it is cool
and every state should have it
aqua wish you did too..HA HA
but really
I know a lot of people wish they could do exactly this..it take much less time than going to regular school to do much more work at home..and then you have a lot of the day to do other stuff...

maybe it could save money on taxes, because we would not need all those schools....

write your state reps, and the governors....
good luck

I'm taking all my classes on FLVS this year. Its a lot of work, but I like it a lot. It is great not having to get up at like 5 a.m. to get to school on time.

Yes, I've heard of it, we're in Florida. It basically is doing public school (FLVS is public school ran) at home which is great if that is what you prefer. :-)
