How much BIOTIN should i take to make my hair grow SUPER FAST?

or as fast as possible :( i reallllyy need waist length hair my hair is about 3 cm below my shoulders and i need hip-length hair help !

I'd try at least 4 to 5 milligrams daily which is the same as 4000 to 5000 MICROgrams........they are just different ways to say the same thing.

Nothing makes hair grow faster.Hair grows about half an inch a month,six inches a year.
