tough one dude, cos chances are if they said no and made you delete your old websites, they will make you do the same if they found out bout the new ones. but if you dont, you have no way of getting that domain. what you should do, is let your parents in and show them that its nothing bad. win them over.

Unless you are doing something illegal or immoral...why would you keep your websites a secret from your parents? You are awful young to be having your own websites at all and definitely not a Domain. Yes, you do need to tell your parents about your websites and if they are not dealling in anything worng, then they perhaps might let you have them as long as you remain honest about them, but the fact that you have been lying to them for the past 3 years will probsably not sit well with them, but you obviously knew having them was wrong, or you would not have kept them secret all this time. You need to own up to them and be honest and take whatever happens like a young man, and not do it again as this will only remain a trust issue with you and your parents and later on in life, yuou will really regret not having your parents trust in some matters.

Tell your parents about them, one at a time. Pick the one you think they'll most like agree to as the first one. Wait a few months, then bring another site into the picture, see what I'm saying?

As far as the domain name goes, I don't know much about them. But, since you need your parents' credit card, try just telling about the one and then asking if you can buy the domain name thing.

Start with the one that means most to you, copy it onto to disk incase they say no..

Just start with Mom/dad I want you ask you something.. Start off with just the question, then tell them how much it means to you and why you should get it.. Get a good reason for it..
Then tell them what they'll get out of it.. (incase if you think there is a sign that your parents will say no..)

Then if they say no, just walk away to save your website, if they say delete it just beg to them how much it means to you and you worked really hard on it... it will guilt them out..

Or... They'll just say you'll have to make the money then they'll use the credit..

Or if you keep wanting to hide..

Make the money you need, go to your bank, get a Visa giftcard and stock it up with the money you need and enter that... But since its a monthly payment I dont think that will work..
