It really depends on what you call organic. To be honest the only good multivitamins are pharmaceutical. If you are taking a vitamin just to say that it is "organic" then fine...at least your taking one. I have lots of clients that ask "what is the best multivitamin?"

It's the one you take.

Research what is best for you at your local supplement store, and ask your doctor. Simply any muliti is better then none. It would take on average about 5000 calories per day to get all the nutrients that you can get from a multi. I would say it's a no brainer for taking one. Good question! I know a lot of people probably have this same question.
