This is actually a mathematics/logic question, not a spiritual one, Larry Boy.
"Real Christians" is a subset of "Christians," so there can never be more "Real Christians" than "Christians." Could there actually be fewer "Real Christians" than "Christians," though?
A count of "Irrational Christians" and perhaps "Imaginary Christians" seems to be in order.
I'm sorry, Larry. There is not enough data to answer your question.

Well, given that following the teachings of the Bible--which is what Christians believe to be their guide--is much harder than merely proclaiming oneself to be a "Christian", I'd assume there are many more "Christians" than there are real, genuine, practicing Christians.
I'd also say that hypocrisy is not exclusive to Christianity. In every religion there are hypocrites. I've heard many Muslims brag about being devout, yet their actions in their daily lives don't really correspond with Mohammad's teachings.
Perhaps to be "devout" or "pious" really comes down to the condition of one's heart; whether or not they are indeed sincere in their desire to live by a certain faith.

How do you define "real Christian"? Are the real ones the ones who go to an organized church on Sunday and insult and threaten others who disagree with them?
I don't know which there are more of....until I know which ones treat others as they would like to be treated.

WITH THE END TIMES, THE GATHERING GLOOM, AT OUR DOORSTEP, THE NUMBER OF CONVENIENT CHRISTIANS WILL INCREASE DRAMATICALLY. SAYS SO IN THE BIBLE . UNFORTUNATE BUT TRUE NONE THE LESS. TO STAY IN STEP ON THE NARROW ROAD BECOMES HARDER WITH EACH PASSING DAY. EVEN FOR ME., I LIVE BY FAITH FROM DAY TO DAY.
GOD BLESS
