Ok my friend is in bad shape he doesnt eat healthy his grandma keeps nagging on him about his eating habit?

plus he drinks too much regular pop and eats too much sweets. what should he do?

Enroll the two of you into health and nutrition classes and basic cooking classes and, then, whatever cooking classes after that.

He needs to realise that his diet affects every aspect of his life as it affects every single part of his body: mentally, physically, age, sex, etc.

first off, is he asking for help or does everyone just think they need to tell him how to run his life?
If he's happy, let him be, let him live his life. Every one could be a little healthier, but imagine if you went to the gym 4 times a week and ate healthy and a total health nut tried to convince you that you weren't healthy, and to eat differently. you'd be like "Dude let me live my life... do your own thing"
If he is not happy, or acts happy but you can tell is not, then talk to him seriously, start off slow, eating better, making better bad choices, maybe go to the gym with him.
If you are a total muscle guy, step down a notch so he doesnt feel so weak. be a friend. see things through his eyes.

it's not necessarily what he should do.. because if he knew, he'd be doing it. What you need to do as his friend is get him out of the house and show him "prime examples" of unhealthy people. Get him a girl... she'll fix him up! lol. They're quite good at making changes. Their life mission is to change us. lol.
